5 of 5 Relay uh041 worked great September 6, 2023
Reviewer: Marlon Barnard from Rockland, ID United States
I have a 1979 Kenmore Coldspot freezer.  A few weeks ago it quit but acted like it was trying to startup.  After replacing the relay, it started back up and has worked great since then.
I hope I can get many more years out of the freezer.  It's been a great freezer for 43 years.

5 of 5 Refrigerator Part March 1, 2023
Reviewer: James Locke from Cupertino, CA United States
The refrigerator start relay had failed and no direct replacement was available. I have experience repairing refrigerators and found installation of this substitute part to be straightforward. The refrigerator has been running well for over one week and continues to run well. I am very pleased with my purchase. If I not been able to find a replacement part, the refrigerator probably would have had to be junked! Thank you for making this part available to me!

Installed easily with clear directions. Seems to be doing the job on my over forty year old freezer. Keeping temps down below zero degrees Fahrenheit.

4 of 5 Part came fast but did not fix the problem April 20, 2020
Reviewer: from Scottsdale, AZ
My 40 yr old freezer decide to stop working so I ordered this part to see if it would fix the problem.  No luck.  The relay/overload acted just like the original part.  It cut out after powered for 10 seconds.

5 of 5 Great Product and Excellent instructions January 8, 2020
Reviewer: Steve S. from Memphis, TN.
I bought this part after having bought another part from a competitor and it did not have instructions included.  For the DIY person, that made it impossible to fix my freezer.  I got the part from Edgewater and followed the instructions and had my freezer back up and running within 10 minutes.  Thank you for making my DIY experience a great one.

Reviewer: from Novi MI
The original part was no longer available anywhere.
Most substitute replacement parts were $60-80.
Found this one for 1/3rd the cost and worked perfect with great instructions.
Received the part fast.
I will being shopping here again.
Thanks

4 of 5 Great Price February 19, 2017
Reviewer: Nichole Ensley from Pataskala, OH United States
This worked perfectly for my freezer. It does not come with step by step instructions for those who never done these before. If you do not understand schematic diagrams you might struggle. Fast Service Was A Plus. The problem we had was the relay would click often, but things started thawing.
