I initially only received 1 piece of my Iron Out Automatic Total Bowl Cleaner and when I contacted Edgewater Parts regarding the issue, they not only responded immediately that they would rectify in whatever way I wanted, either refund my money or send out the second package. Since I love how the product works I responded that I would love to have the second package sent out for me. Also, with the delivery of the first package, I received it far faster than I was advised would be the case and the second package came just as quickly. I can not thank them enough for how satisfied I was with the service received as well as the product. Thank you so much.
