Fast customer service, and the product was just what I ordered.

The restock fee prevents me from returning this small order, but that is understandable.

Turns out my compressor is bad.

4 of 5 more than I needed, but fixed my problem September 22, 2016
Reviewer: doug acquard from east aurora, NY United States
I ordered the full kit for my fridge, but only used 1 part from the kit. Being a novice at refrigerator repair, I wasn't sure what part I needed and the website really didn't clarify my problem. So I error-ed on the side of caution, and I have no regrets, as my repair cost me under $50 vs. hundreds having it done professionally.

5 of 5 Dead refrigerator lives again June 16, 2016
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Fredericksburg, VA United States
So, the refrigerator in the rental house that we're in blew up one day and the smell was completely noxious. The landlord replaced the refrigerator, but I was pretty confident that the old one could be fixed.  I told the maintenance guy that I would bring it to the dump.  After a little research, I was very clear that the relay and overload needed to be replaced.  Well, I had file down one of the posts on the compressor because when the relay blew, it melted the metal on the post.  It took a long time to do that, but I was patient and kept going.  I got it filed down, installed the relay and plugged in the fridge.  30 minutes later, the fridge and freezer were cold.  That was about 2 full weeks ago.  Now we have a second fridge in the garage!
